What we do
We work with our customers one on one to provide support for all billing/payment related problems. This includes purchasing tokens, setting up subscriptions and auto-payments, purchasing items through the Pixel Mine Store, transferring tokens, and other token-related issues. If you are seeking help for a technical or game specific problem, please contact the support team for that game.

If you have emailed support on the weekend please be aware of this and understand that they will work with you as soon as they get to your request. Please refrain from posting any sensitive information such as account or payment details on the forums.
